Description

At Omnicell we are transforming Talent Acquisition from transactional hiring to a proactive insightdriven talent strategy. To support this vision we are seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition.

This role is pivotal in fostering operational efficiency driving consistency strengthening leadership across recruiting teams and ensuring a superior candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead coach and develop a team of recruiters and talent specialists across multiple functions.
  • Ensure operational excellence in sourcing interviewing and offer management processes.
  • Track and deliver on key metrics (timetofill interviewtooffer ratios candidate experience scores).
  • Collaborate with the Director to align recruiting strategies with business objectives and talent needs.
  • Drive adoption of innovative TA technologies (Eightfold ) and promote continuous improvements in process and execution.
  • Resolve hiring challenges swiftly while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as recruitment marketing structured interviewing and skillsbased hiring frameworks.
  • Foster a culture of accountability high performance inclusivity and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage recruiting teams with expertise in overseeing senior recruiters or managers.
  • Proficiency in operational excellence including metricsdriven decisionmaking reporting and implementing process improvements.
  • Advanced coaching skills to enhance team performance and foster individual professional growth.
  • Proven track record in managing highvolume hiring across diverse functional areas.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships across all organizational levels with a strong executive presence.
  • Experience in global talent acquisition or exposure to international recruiting practices is a valuable asset.
