Located in lakeshore Evanston the historic Hilton Orrington/Evanston stands as a beacon of beauty and elegance. Situated just minutes away from museums shops restaurants and Northwestern University our hotel offers a blend of history and modern convenience.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Group Sales Manager to join our team and oversee our corporate pharmaceutical association and sports market segments. With completed renovations enhancing our guestrooms lobby and most event spaces we are excited to unveil our second restaurant by the end of Spring.
Position Statement
This role requires strong sales communication and networking skills. The ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and then apply a disciplined approach to qualify negotiate and secure new revenue for the hotel.
Customer and Account Management Apply strong sales skills to create customer value. Differentiate Hilton from the competition and bring clear value to customers and the organizations they represent.
ProspectingDemonstrate a mastery of the prospecting process. Identify potential customers. Prepare and implement your call strategy.
NegotiationsUnderstand the customer and the business leaders expectations. Adapt to a changing market.
