Octave is a modern behavioral health practice creating a new standard for care delivery thats both highquality and accessible. With inperson and virtual clinics in multiple states the company offers evidencebased individual couples and family therapy while pioneering relationships with payers to make care more affordable through insurance. About the Role:
Octave is seeking to partner with group practices located in either Baltimore Columbia or Towson area and interested in providing highquality behavioral health care both inperson and remotely. We invite group practice owners to collaborate with us in building a diverse clinical team committed to clientcentered therapy within a dynamic and evolving environment.
As a group of Octave Clinicians youll be part of a supportive team dedicated to delivering therapy that prioritizes collaboration and client needs. We value strong clinical thinking grounded in evidencebased practices ensuring customized mental health treatment plans for our clients. You will provide therapy via video sessions focusing on adult clients dealing with stress depression anxiety and other mental health concerns using shortterm evidencebased therapies.
Providers of your group must hold a masters or doctoral level license in Maryland and possess expertise in evidencebased therapies such as CBT or DBT along with a commitment to culturally responsive care. (Its ok if all of them are not fully licensed! Well work with the ones who are fully licensed!)
We are excited to announce the addition of inperson therapy sessions for both providers and clients offering a more personalized approach to care. This change allows for increased rates and expands the number of clients you can serve. Please note that you must have a commercial clinical space from which to see clients in person through Octave as we currently do not provide office space within Maryland. You can conduct inperson sessions from your home office or commercial office setting.

Qualifications:
- LMFT LCPC LCSWC PsyD
- Current License and located in Maryland.
- Required to have at least 2 fully licensed clinicians within the group practice managing caseloads.
- Required to have your own office space and are willing to provide inperson services.
- Certain payor relationships may exclude you from employment.
- Masters Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work Psychology Counseling or Marriage or Family and Child Counseling.
- Must be licensed and in good standing with your governing licensing board.
- At least 1 year of related postlicense clinical experience required.
- At least 2 years of experience preferred in one or more of the following areas:
- CBT for depression or anxiety
- DBT for emotion dysregulation
- Unified Protocol for emotional distress
- CPT or PE for trauma
- Preferred if you are currently working with Cigna & Aetna clients.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to frequently communicate with others through virtual meeting applications such as Zoom and Google Meet.
- Must be able to observe and communicate information on laptop.
- Move up to 10 pounds on occasion.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
System Requirements:
- Computers that are Mac OS (Ventura or later) and Windows OS (10/11)
- Computers kept up with the most recent security updates
- An unmanaged device (a device not provided to you by another company/organization)
Compensation:
Starting pay for qualified applicants will depend on a combination of jobrelated factors which may include education training experience location business needs or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is set forth below and this range may be modified in the future.
The hourly compensation range for this role is listed below dependent on licensure:
InPerson Rates:
$119$133/hour for masters level license.
$119$143/hour for doctoral level license.
Virtual Rates:
$116$130/hour for masters level license.
$116$140/hour for doctoral level license.
