What Youll Do:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across clinical services ensuring highquality patient care
- Manage and support a team of nurses fostering clinical excellence and staff development
- Oversee compliance with regulatory standards best practices and hospital policies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams ensuring seamless patient experiences
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within nursing services
What Were Looking For:
- Registered Nurse (NMC) with clinical management experience
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a passion for developing nursing teams.
- Excellent knowledge of governance risk management and clinical best practices
- Proven ability to manage complex clinical environments and drive quality improvement
- A patientfocused approach ensuring compassionate and effective care
