Stirling Council is dedicated to maintaining and improving the infrastructure that keeps our communities connected. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Roads Services Manager to join our team and lead our efforts in ensuring safe efficient and wellmaintained road networks.
As Roads Services Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the planning development and delivery of long term maintenance of road assets using a risk based approach. You will also be responsible for roads operations traffic management road safety roads development control and coordination of road works.
You will be a selfmotivated and dynamic leader who will have demonstrable experience of driving delivery of road works within timescales budget and to professionally high standards. You will ideally be a Chartered Civil Engineer and qualified to degree level with experience of delivering transformational service change promoting continuous improvement working collaboratively and managing teams to perform to the highest levels.
