We are currently seeking a self assured innovative and inspiring Garden Caf Manager to join our Food & Beverage Leadership Team.

Heres a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
- Youll take pride in playing host to our guests and will lead the caf floor from the front overseeing a very busy highvolume caf across breakfast and lunch service while playing a support role to your fellow F&B leaders
- Conducting the symphony of the whole Garden Caf operation youll intuitively know how to preempt the needs of our guests and our incredible team who value leadership as much their passion for service
- Youll have responsibility for all areas of our service and preparation including our display areas stations and equipment ensuring all opening closing and management checklists and tasks are completed daily every day is different
- Always in tune with the latest trends and innovations youll proactively seek opportunities to refine and enrich our guest offering
- Youll play an instrumental role within the division as the face of F&B for our Leisure members nurturing and harbouring strong relationships is crucial to the successful management of the caf
- Intuitively read the room anticipating and fulfilling the expectations of our guests; always warm thoughtful professional and well groomed you play your part in ensuring luxury service is our signature
- Engaging motivating and inspiring a strong and passionate team youll ensure they consistently deliver exceptional service and are equally spellbound by the magic and theatre of the experiences they create.
- Developing strong relations with our Culinary team youll work together to demonstrate that shared passion clear communication and living our values is what truly galvanises the team and drives excellence.
- Nurturing and developing talent ensuring that your passion and expertise is lived through others; instilling a culture of continuous development and innovation identifying new ways to surprise and delight your guests and your people
- Youll work alongside a strong and experienced senior F&B leadership team who share your passion for the very best in food drink and people leadership
- Working handinhand with our F&B Development Partner youll be driving team engagement training and development and recruitment
- Financially astute and able to run a profitable department youll take full accountability for the profitability and performance of your business end to end
- Interacting with our guests always warm professional helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

- You have fantastic experience in a similar role with an outstanding track record of success within a caf setting
- Positive warm and friendly you have the ability to adapt and work in a fast paced busy environment; youre focused and flexible never afraid to ask for help
- Energised and fuelled by a high paced operation and equally high expectations youre resilient and skilled at managing multiple and often competing priorities
- You possess a positive professional and courteous attitude always see a glass halffull and are consistent in your mood manner and behaviour.
- Intuitively you put yourself in the shoes of others whether that be your guests or your people; no matter how many times an issue has been presented to you you recognise that to this person its likely a first
- An early bird working flexibly during the week and weekends leading from the front and by example
- You have an exceptional and discerning eye for detail and take pride in fixing the small things that make a big difference and you have high expectations of yourself and others. You drive high performance and ensure others are brought on the journey with you
- Bringing a strong people focus and the desire to grow and nurture team members through coaching and training you possess a good understanding of labour management and how central this is in achieving a profitable business
- Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; youre passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
- You have a positive can do attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
- A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; youre well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
