With a team of nearly 20 professionals and six to seven operatories this role requires a candidate with a minimum of 5 8 years of office management experience in a busy dental setting. Proficiency in AbelDent software strong leadership abilities and a patientfocused approach are essential for success.
The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment excels at multitasking and brings a solid understanding of dental operations insurance protocols and staff coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office tasks like scheduling billing insurance and patient intake. Keep records updated in ABELDent order supplies and ensure health and safety compliance.
Lead and schedule admin staff support team coordination and help with hiring training and staff performance.
Welcome patients resolve concerns and maintain a smooth and positive front desk experience.
Track office finances handle insurance claims and support budgeting and reporting
