The Project Manager shall provide supervision of all CMI onsite staff and will manage the overall coordination of facility maintenance services and performance at CMIs customer site in Wilmington NC.
Key Job Functions
- Responsible for the oversight and effective operation of the following service areas at the customer site: facility and grounds maintenance electrical plants & systems water and sewage plants paved & earth surface roads wharf maintenance and water side maintenance
- Responsible for meeting the cost performance and schedule requirements throughout the contract execution and manage service requests emergencies projects etc.
- Responsible for inspecting preventive maintenance procedures identifying inadequate performance and training or retraining personnel on proper procedures and ensuring that the education and training manual is updated monthly
- Oversee the operations staffing and performance ensuring facility services are delivered that meet or exceed customer guidelines in a high quality cost effective and timely manner
- Actively participate in capital improvement plans and projects and assists with the coordination of daytoday operations and client customers
- Oversee or manage the activities of subcontractors maintenance contracts and personnel to ensure that the worked performed meets or exceeds client expectations
- Measure and evaluate productivity and quality set standards measure performance and develop programs for improvement
- Partner with vendors to insure a reliable costeffective source of supplies parts and equipment to meet all deliverables
- Ensure any required corrective action complies with contract performance
Qualifications :
- HS Diploma required Bachelors preferred
- The PM shall have at least 5 years of experience overseeing facility maintenance services and supervising a team of operations and maintenance staff within a federal or government facility.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
