Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Religious Education with a focus on exploring a range of faiths ethical frameworks and spiritual perspectives in an inclusive manner within our inclusive school.
• Encourage critical thinking and respectful dialogue allowing students to engage with diverse theological and philosophical questions within Religious Education in our inclusive school.
• Use engaging and interactive teaching methods to bring faith and ethics to life in the Religious Education classroom catering to different learning styles within our inclusive school.
• Support the schools commitment to inclusivity by promoting understanding and respect for all beliefs within Religious Education in our inclusive school.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop a Religious Education curriculum that is relevant and engaging for a diverse student body within our inclusive school.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in Religious Studies Theology Philosophy or a related field.
• A strong personal commitment to fostering understanding and respect for diverse beliefs within religious education in an inclusive school.
• The ability to inspire students to explore and understand faith ethics and spirituality in a modern and inclusive context within Religious Education in our inclusive school.
• Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate thoughtful and respectful discussions in Religious Education within our inclusive school.
