Job Description

As a member of the FP&A team you will be involved in the following activities:

  • Supporting the MonthEnd Close: Assist with FP&A aspects of the monthend close process by performing thorough variance analysis to explain key drivers.
  • Sales Reporting & Reconciliation: Prepare weekly and monthly sales reconciliations and reports while ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Cash Flow Reporting: Generate detailed weekly cash flow reports to support liquidity management.
  • Regional Sales & Gross Margin Analysis: Develop and analyze sales by customer and gross margin data for specific regions.
  • Data Analysis & Reconciliation: Provide support for data analysis and reconciliation tasks such as customerspecific sales reviews.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting processesincluding designing reporting templates and critically reviewing planning assumptions.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze revenue and margin improvements while addressing other datarelated needs.
  • Management Reporting: Prepare monthly performance reports for designated regions to keep leadership informed.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance FP&A processes to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Capability Requirements (Skills Education and Experience)

Skills:

  • Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills
  • Excellent analytics skills
  • Experience using and providing basic support for financial systems and databases
  • Strong IT affinity to drive required digital agenda in FP&A
  • Highly numerate person and have meticulous attention to detail
  • You have a structured thought process with a curiosity about data and have an ability to make sense of large sets of data and turn data into insight
  • You must be able to effectively communicate data and findings
  • You should be confident in presenting analysis to a wide range of stakeholders
  • You are organized and able to prioritize effectively
  • You can keep calm and remain resilient in complicated situations
  • An interest in pharma businesses dedicated to womens health

Education:

  • You must have a minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree
  • General accounting knowledge

Experience:

  • 3 years of working experience preferably in FP&A department
  • Solid understanding of forecasting and budgeting process
