HR administrator
As an HR Administrator at EveryMatrix youll play a key role in supporting the daytoday operations of our HR department. Youll be the goto person for keeping our employee records accurate our HR documentation on point and our processes running smoothly.
What Youll get to do:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
- Prepare HR documentation including contracts amendments and termination letters.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes including checklists document collection and relocation coordination for new hires
- Help coordinate HR projects (meetings training sessions surveys events).
- Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
What You need to shine:
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator HR Assistant or similar role.
- Fantastic grasp of the English language.
- Familiarity with HR databases systems and software (e.g. MS Office HRIS).
- Understanding of payroll processes and data handling.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
