An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher to join a welcoming and forwardthinking primary school in Brent. The school is seeking a dedicated professional to take on this fulltime maternity cover role starting in September 2025.

About the Role
This is a fulltime maternity cover position within the Year 2 team where you will be responsible for delivering highquality lessons aligned with the national curriculum. You will support childrens progress across all areas of learning prepare them for SATs and work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure a consistent and enriching educational experience.
You will be supported by a fulltime Teaching Assistant and work alongside a parallel Year 2 teacher to plan collaboratively and share best practices.

A qualified teacher with QTS (applications welcome from both ECTs and experienced teachers)
Confident teaching Key Stage 1 with a sound understanding of the Year 2 curriculum and assessment frameworks
