What youll do:
The Quantity Surveyor will oversee largescale landscape construction projects within a designated region. This role works closely with the Projects team to ensure financial performance and project delivery aiming to meet target profit margins while maintaining accurate commercial reporting. This position typically requires a fully qualified (chartered) surveyor as it involves managing complex projects and contracts
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee project budgets valuations forecasts and cost reports to ensure financial accuracy and profitability.
Track cost vs. value (CVR) manage variations and collaborate with client QS to maintain contractual compliance.
Conduct site measurements manage procurement schedules and ensure timely material deliveries.
Process subcontractor payments review labour costs and maintain accurate documentation.
Support risk management resolve entitlement issues and contribute to internal contract reviews.
What we are looking for:
Desirable:
RICS membership is desirable but not essential.
Familiarity with learning platforms and mandatory training processes.
Management and mentorship skills.
Experience working with procurement teams and subcontractors including managing procurement schedules material quotations and calloffs.
