Job Description
We Are Change is a remote learning programme supporting individuals to achieve their CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning; a level 4 qualification which is the springboard to all career paths within financial services. If your application is successful youll be enrolled onto a training programme which will support you in studying for the six exams that make up the Diploma as well as a supportive community.
Is this for me
The key traits needed for this training programme is the ultimate will to succeed commitment dedication and truegrit determination! Theres approximately 370 hours of study involved over a 2year period so if youd like to spend 3.5 hours a week changing your life for the better then yes its for you!
Youll be working through a Level 4 qualification and although theres no entry level stipulations a good foundation of written English and Maths is an absolute must.
Whats the catch
There isnt one we promise. The Verve Foundation are keen to remove barriers to entry one of the main ones often being the financial commitment to undertake the Diploma. And so we work hard to secure financial support from others who share our passion to be able to offer the training programme for free to individuals who would otherwise be deterred.
Because its such a unique opportunity competition onto the programme is fierce. All students will be expected to sign a contract of commitment which states if they withdraw during the programme theyll be expected to cover the costs already incurred up to that date (exam fees study materials etc) which gets reinvested back into the programme and gives someone else the opportunity instead.
How do I learn
Its a national training programme and therefore all delivery is carried out online. Learning is supported by elearning modules course books and peer support from a community of fellow learners.
You will take the exams directly with the CII which can currently be taken remotely (in the comfort of your own home) or in a test centre at a time and location of your choice.
