They are now looking for a Sales Development Representative in Barcelona responsible for the first part of the sales cycle focusing on enterprise businesses.
Tasks
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities by effectively profiling strategic accounts and contacts
- Engage prospects through personalized communication via LinkedIn emails and cold calls to secure conversations and uncover critical business needs
- Take ownership and responsibility for individual tasks and targets ensuring overall success in meeting sales quotas
- Work independently and collaboratively with various teams to ensure a consistent and effective speedtolead process
- Follow established business processes and utilize tools like (CRM) LinkedIn and referral processing systems
Requirements
- 1 year of experience doing the first part of the sales cycle (B2B sales)
- SaaS and Payroll sales are a big plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset proactive attitude and eagerness to take ownership and make a real impact
- You have a passion for reaching out to people presenting a service/ product
- You have great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales
- Problemsolving and time management abilities
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce)
