Job Description
At peopleIX we are on a mission to help Business Leads and Chief People Officers use data & AI to understand what is happening in their workforce & teams and why to build successful high performing organisations.
We are building an AIpowered people intelligence platform for small and mediumsized companies. Our platform integrates to HR recruiting performance & engagement and payroll systems so that organisations can visualize and analyze all their organisational and people data in one platform. With these AIpowered analytics we unlock trends identify rootcause and provide recommended actions to improve organisations recruiting productivity and retention efforts. This enables People Teams to become more proactive and driving real impact in their organisation.
We are an earlystage startup with 10 team members backed by wellknown VCs. We are looking for a topperforming new team member to help us grow and scale Join us!
Tasks
As our Founders Associate Product you will work handinhand with our founder and product & tech teams on a wide range of strategic and operational initiatives to help scale our product offering.
You will:
- Work closely with one of the founders to drive key product initiatives across the entire lifecycle: from ideation and research to and rollout.
- Conduct user research and competitive analysis to shape product development decisions.
- Translate customer feedback product analytics and strategic goals into actionable product requirements.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs create user stories and coordinate with our data and engineering team.
- Act as a sparring partner to founders for product strategy customer centricity and market positioning.
Requirements
- Experience: 13 years of work experience in highpaced environments.
- Mindset: Strong entrepreneurial drive with a getthingsdone mentality and a handson approach.
- Skills: Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills and profound knowledge in SQL and Python.
- Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
- Passion for Product: Eagerness to work at the intersection of tech product AI and users. You are obsessed with building intuitive impactful products.
- Bonus points: Handson experience with building AIpowered (agentic) experiences
