As a Virtual Real Estate Processing Partner your job is to take real estate contracts that have already been negotiated and get them ready for assignment. Youll manage digital documents verify signatures crosscheck deadlines and deliver complete folders that are ready for handoff to investors. You wont speak to homeowners. You wont make any sales. You wont do any investing. Youll support the mechanism that allows others to do those thingswhile getting paid per deal completed.
Your Responsibilities
Log new contracts into a preformatted tracking spreadsheet
Check for missing data: seller info buyer names prices deadlines
Organize files inside prebuilt Google Drive folders
Rename documents according to a provided naming convention
Use copy/paste scripts to follow up via email or text
Confirm contract completeness before passing it on
Finalize deal folders and mark them ready for assignment
Archive completed contracts in a longterm storage location
Maintain an active queue of inprocess deals using a project checklist
