Remote Real Estate Wholesaling Coordinator Learn and amp; Earn from Home No License or Experience Required
A growing investment team is training and partnering with individuals to support remote wholesaling operations across the U.S. This is a fully remote opportunity designed for people who want to get into real estate without buying property becoming agents or working in sales. Youll be coordinating the digital side of offmarket property deals using a system designed specifically for remote wholesalers.
Whether youre brand new to real estate or youve explored investing before and felt overwhelmed this role offers a structured path to gain handson experience while earning per completed deal. All training templates and support are included. Youll be guided through the same steps used by topperforming wholesalers to flip contracts digitallywithout leaving home.
Position Summary
As a Remote Wholesaling Coordinator youll assist with the contract side of real estate wholesaling. This means helping match motivated sellers with investor buyers preparing the necessary paperwork and coordinating the deal flow to ensure everything is documented delivered and closed properly.
You will not be cold calling or selling anything. Instead youll operate inside a proven wholesaling model that uses digital communication document handling and standardized workflows to move deals forward. Youll be trained on exactly how to do this using a system created by a nationally recognized A and amp;Efeatured investor.
Responsibilities
Assist in reviewing and formatting purchase agreements from sellers
Track wholesale deals from intake to assignment using a structured checklist
Prepare contracts for investor buyers and confirm deal terms via email or text
Ensure all parties have completed signatures and the proper documents are in place
Deliver clean complete assignment packets using provided templates
Maintain digital deal records and follow up on any missing items
Communicate with buyers and sellers using copyandpaste scripts
Log activity and track key deal dates to ensure smooth progression
Training Provided
Youll receive complete stepbystep training in remote wholesaling. This includes how to:
Identify wholesaling opportunities
Use assignment contracts to flip deals without buying property
Handle communication between seller and buyer
Package and deliver contracts for profit
Operate within legal and ethical wholesaling standards

Compensation
This is a perdeal opportunity. You will be compensated once a wholesale deal you help coordinate is assigned. Reported earnings per deal range from $2000 to $10000 depending on market deal size and investor demand. There is no limit to the number of deals you can work on.
Your income is based on performance and executionnot hours worked.
