A virtual wholesaling group is offering a unique opportunity for remote workers interested in learning and supporting offmarket property deals from behind the scenes. This role focuses on the operational flow of wholesale real estate transactionsspecifically how to move deals from initial seller contact to final assignment using a streamlined digital process.
You wont be cold calling or sourcing properties. Instead youll serve as a support agent within a contracttoclose frameworkmanaging digital paperwork keeping timelines on track and ensuring that every piece of the deal is documented and ready for assignment. What Youll Do
As a Wholesale Support Agent youll join the team that processes the digital side of wholesale real estate transactions. Each deal you work on represents a property under contract thats ready to be assigned to an investor buyer. Your task is to take the inbound information and structure it into a clean complete file that allows the deal to close.
This includes:
Reviewing new property agreements and verifying contract accuracy
Preparing digital deal folders using a preset file structure
Updating internal tracking sheets with key contract data (price closing date contacts)
Following up with either the seller or buyer using preapproved messaging scripts
Verifying assignment agreements are signed stored and dated properly
Ensuring the correct version of the contract is delivered for legal compliance
Coordinating final delivery to the investor buyer
Archiving completed transactions and updating deal status logs
This is real work not theoretical training. Youll be inside real wholesale transactions supporting deals in live markets.
Training and amp; Tools
Training is provided by an expert wholesaler who has been featured on A and amp;E and has processed hundreds of assignments. Youll be guided through how to:
Understand wholesale deal structures
Navigate contract requirements unique to assignments
Track deals from seller intake through buyer assignment
Deliver compliant documents in a digitalonly environment
Use templates folders and project management tools to stay organized
Training is modular selfpaced and designed for total beginners. Youll get access to workflows forms and examples of actual completed wholesale transactions.
Earning Potential
This is not an hourly job. Youll be paid per wholesale deal that you assist in processing and delivering. Compensation typically ranges from $2000 to $10000 depending on contract size timeline and market. Many remote support agents begin by managing one deal at a time and build up to handling multiple transactions once comfortable with the process.
There is no cap on earnings and you control how many deals you participate in.
