An emerging remote real estate wholesaling company is actively recruiting sharp processoriented individuals to support the flow of acquisition contracts from seller agreement to investor assignment. This role is built specifically for those who want to learn and earn inside the wholesaling industrywithout cold calling lead generation or sales pressure.
Youll be operating within a digital workflow that helps facilitate real estate deals without needing to purchase property or get licensed. If youre interested in entering real estate through wholesaling but prefer backend to frontend marketing this role provides the structure training and compensation to do exactly that.
Position Overview
As a Pipeline Assistant your job is to make sure offmarket property deals that have been secured by acquisition specialists move forward without errors delays or missing documentation. These are wholesale real estate transactions where the profit comes from assigning the contract to a cash buyer. You will be working on the digital infrastructure that supports these assignmentsensuring paperwork is complete deadlines are tracked and buyers receive everything needed to close.
This role is 100 remote and does not involve live calls meetings or client interaction. Youll receive contract files follow a documented process and move each deal through the pipeline by applying repeatable steps.
Core Responsibilities
Review incoming property agreements and ensure all required information is present
Audit contracts for accuracy: names pricing timelines and legal fields
Manage a deal tracker that logs status next steps and assignment stages
Coordinate internal file flow using shared folders and versioning tools
Follow up with acquisition reps or buyers using brief templated messages
Ensure that final documents are formatted correctly for assignment delivery
Submit completed packets for investor review and contract
Archive closed deals and log payout information for reference
Training Provided
Youll receive full access to a beginnerfriendly training program taught by a nationally recognized wholesaler featured on A and amp;E. This includes:
How to manage digital real estate contracts
Understanding the wholesaling process from contract to assignment
Using file templates and deal tracking tools
How to work within compliance guidelines for assignment delivery

You wont be expected to learn theoryyoull be applying what youre taught in real deals.

Google Sheets (for deal status contract logs and assignment timelines)
Google Drive or Dropbox (for file management and version tracking)
Email (for delivering documents and scripted updates)
Messaging apps (optional for internal team updates)
Templates and SOPs for contract review delivery and documentation
Compensation Structure
This is not an hourly or salaried position. You are compensated based on the number of contracts you process to completion. Completed wholesale deals typically yield payouts of $2000 to $10000 depending on the structure and region. Your compensation is tied directly to your executionevery deal you successfully manage results in a performancebased payment.
This structure allows you to scale as your skills grow. Most assistants begin with one contract and expand to managing multiple transactions once familiar with the process.
