A specialist primary school in Hammersmith is looking for a dedicated passionate SEN Teacher to join their team in May 2025. The role involves working with children who have complex needs including PMLD ASD and physical disabilities within a dedicated SEN setting.

Your Role:
Deliver personalised teaching in a multisensory environment for students with complex needs
Collaborate with a team of therapists and support staff to ensure the holistic development of each child
Implement EHCPs to track progress and ensure each child is supported to achieve their best
Provide a nurturing engaging learning environment that promotes independence and selfconfidence
Communicate with families to ensure effective homeschool partnerships
What Were Looking For:
QTS or equivalent teaching qualification with experience in PMLD or complex needs
Empathy creativity and resilience in teaching students with profound learning difficulties
A passion for inclusive education and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to suit individual needs
Experience working with EHCPs or a strong desire to gain experience in this area
