Job Summary Business Project Manager (Healthcare/Insurance Domain)
Lead and manage endtoend business projects within healthcare and insurance functions (e.g. claims processing member services compliance).
Coordinate and collaborate with business stakeholders (product owners operations compliance SMEs) to define project scope and objectives.
Develop and maintain project plans schedules and status reports using project management tools (e.g. MS Project JIRA Smartsheet).
Drive risk management issue resolution and change control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate regular meetings executive updates and ensure alignment of project outcomes with business goals and strategic priorities.
Manage project dependencies resources and budgets efficiently.
Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
Prepare and maintain project documentation (business cases BRDs postimplementation reviews).
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g. HIPAA CMS) and industry standards.
Utilize project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall hybrid) and tools to deliver successful project results.
Engage in stakeholder management executivelevel reporting and problemsolving in complex business environments.
Preferred: Experience in large enterprise/matrixed settings familiarity with tools like MS Office SharePoint JIRA Confluence and knowledge of process improvement (Six Sigma Lean).
