Responsibilities:
- Design and nbsp;implement and nbsp;and and nbsp;continuously and nbsp;expand and nbsp;data and nbsp;pipelines and nbsp;by and nbsp;performing and nbsp;extraction and nbsp;transformation and nbsp;and and nbsp;loading and nbsp;activities.
- Translate and nbsp;technical and nbsp;systems and nbsp;specifications and nbsp;into and nbsp;working and nbsp;tested and nbsp;applications. and nbsp;This and nbsp;includes and nbsp;developing and nbsp;detailed and nbsp;programming and nbsp;specifications and nbsp;writing and nbsp;and/or and nbsp;generating and nbsp;code and nbsp;compiling and nbsp;datadriven and nbsp;programs and nbsp;maintaining and nbsp;and and nbsp;conducting and nbsp;unit and nbsp;tests.
- Resolve and nbsp;and and nbsp;troubleshoot and nbsp;technical and nbsp;problems and nbsp;which and nbsp;arise and nbsp;during and nbsp;the and nbsp;use and nbsp;and and nbsp;operation and nbsp;of and nbsp;software and nbsp;packages and nbsp;including and nbsp;technical and nbsp;assistance and nbsp;in and nbsp;implementation and nbsp;conversion and nbsp;and and nbsp;migrations.
Description
Work with project teams to develop integration in or outbound interfaces and nbsp;between Oracle recruitment system and and nbsp;Peoplesoft to meet business needs and priorities.
Analyze business needs in relation to Human Resources clients programs and service delivery requirements.
Provide clients with business systems consulting expertise on the use of information technology such as PeopleSoft to meet business goals and objectives.
Recommend systems development solutions and configuration which meet clients needs.
Provide technical expertise and advice in complex systems analysis and design.

- Knowledge and nbsp;and and nbsp;experience and nbsp;with and nbsp;programming and nbsp;Internetready and nbsp;applications.
- Knowledge and nbsp;and and nbsp;experience and nbsp;in and nbsp;rapid and nbsp;application and nbsp;development and nbsp;(RAD) and nbsp;methodologies.

- Experience and nbsp;with and nbsp;middleware and nbsp;and and nbsp;gateways.

Evaluation Criteria
- PeopleSoft HCM Knowledge and Integration: Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM operating systems delivered application functionality configurations and packaged application integration focus on modules Workforce Administration and Position management as well as Benefit and payroll. 25
- PeopleSoft System Development and Tools Expertise: Indepth knowledge and experience of PeopleSoft system development and tools including App Engine SQRs PS tools etc. working experience with Fluid an asset ability to develop new systems or systems modifications and evaluate and recommend acquisition of applications experience to develop Linux script an asset. 25
- Oracle Database Management Knowledge: Knowledge of Oracle database management systems and application database administration. 15
- Testing and Technical Support Experience: Experience of unit test supporting system integration and user acceptance testing from technical perspectives technical spec walkthrough unit test results with testers and clients. 20
- Analytical and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills; organizational creativity and perseverance skills; verbal and written communication skills; and interpersonal skills team player to work effectively with colleagues and clients.15
Must haves:
