Job Description
Take ownership of a sophisticated lead generation program using stateoftheart CRM technology and a curated database of qualified prospects. In this remote position you ll play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic outbound calling and lead nurturing. Working with a modern tech stack including the industryleading Follow Up Boss CRM you ll have all the tools needed to excel in converting prospects into valuable client relationships. Responsibilities
- Execute strategic outbound calling campaigns to qualified prospects using sophisticated CRM technology
- Drive lead conversion through persuasive communication and relationship building
- Maintain detailed interaction records and lead status updates in Follow Up Boss CRM
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and followup communications
- Deliver daily activity reports and track conversion metrics potential for commissions based on performance
- Handle confidential customer information with utmost discretion
- Collaborate with the real estate team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Manage multichannel followup through calls emails and text messages
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in professional telephone sales or cold calling
- Working knowledge of real estate terminology and industry concepts
- Strong English communication skills with clear pronunciation
- Proven track record in lead generation or appointment setting
- High level of comfort with CRM systems particularly Follow Up Boss
- Exceptional attention to detail and data entry accuracy
