What You ll Do:
- Lead parent training sessions to maximize client outcomes
- Maintain and manage your billable utilization and your team s productivity
- Conduct direct therapy and supervision as needed to support your clients
- Oversee clinical programming and develop evidencebased treatment plans
- Review data and session notes to ensure quality accuracy and compliance
- Provide structured supervision for RBTs Behavior Technicians and ABA grad students
- Guide fieldwork students per BACB guidelines
- Ensure timely completion of assessments trainings and documentation
- Actively contribute to team meetings center procedures and collaborative policies
- Mentor staff through ongoing professional development initiatives
- Provide care coordination and family support as needed
- Hold biweekly checkins with your BTs to offer feedback and support
What You Bring:
- Current BCBA certification (BACB guidelines)
- Master s degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities
- A strong clinical foundation with excellent decisionmaking skills
- A collaborative mindset and ability to lead with empathy
