This is a remote position.

Role Name: Inside Sales Representative Moving Services

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 8AM 5PM with 1 hour of unpaid break
  • Client Timezone: Eastern Time (ET)

Job Description

Take on an exciting role as an Inside Sales Representative where you ll be the first point of contact for customers planning their relocations. Working with qualified warm leads you ll leverage our client s outstanding reputation and proven track record to help customers make informed decisions about their moving needs. This position offers an attractive base salary with performancebased bonus opportunities comprehensive training and the chance to grow with an expanding operation. You ll work with modern systems including an advanced CRM and professional communications platform ensuring you have the tools needed for success.

Responsibilities

  • Convert qualified inbound leads into confirmed moving service bookings
  • Provide detailed consultations on moving services explaining company capabilities and processes
  • Guide customers through the booking process ensuring all requirements are properly documented
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics and conversion targets
  • Collaborate with the management team to optimize sales processes
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally while maintaining high service standards
  • Participate in regular performance reviews and training sessions

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience particularly in servicebased industries
  • Strong English communication skills with professional phone presence
  • Experience with CRM systems and VOIP platforms (RingCentral experience a plus)
  • Reliable computer with highspeed internet connection
  • Ability to work independently and maintain consistent performance metrics
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
  • Previous experience in logistics moving or related customer service roles preferred
  • Comfortable working with performance metrics and KPIs
  • Professional home office environment with minimal background noise
