We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our warm and professional team making a real difference in our clients lives.
This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of personalised care that Spire Homecare is known for. As a Care Assistant you will be at the forefront of delivering compassionate support helping clients maintain their independence while staying involved with their families and communities. Your contribution will directly enhance the quality of life for those in your care.

As a Care Assistant your daytoday activities will include:
Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities
Supporting clients in maintaining their independence and dignity
Collaborating with families to ensure comprehensive support and companionship
Engaging in continuous training to enhance caregiving skills
Previous experience in a care role is advantageous but not essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
You hold a UK Driving License (and car for driving between service users properties).
Passion for delivering highquality compassionate care
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and bank holidays
