Job Description
We have partnered with a leading Financial Institution to appoint a Vice President of Investor Relations to its Group Strategy team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate the Groups strategic plan to maximize shareholder value.
- Conduct indepth reviews on market trends competitor actions and regulatory landscapes.
- Prepare executiveready reports on performance strategy and market opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders acting as a trusted advisor.
- Lead strategy planning and business model assessments promoting datadriven decisionmaking.
Requirements: - 10 years in strategy corporate finance or consulting with a track record of impactful corporatelevel strategy.
- Professional qualification such as CFA ACA ACCA highly beneficial
- Strong skills in conducting financial analysis and interpreting financial statements.
- Ability to develop and articulate executiveready proposals.
- Proven ability to build enduring relationships with stakeholders.
- Impactful leadership presence and ability to challenge the status quo.
