Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Speaking) you ll be the front line for users navigating the crypto world. Youll solve problems answer inquiries and guide customers through complex topics all while contributing to a seamless service experience.

Your Daily Tasks
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via email live chat and phone.
  • Assist customers with accountrelated issues technical troubleshooting and general inquiries about Binances products and services.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information regarding cryptocurrency trading security measures and account management procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions while adhering to established protocols.
  • Continuously strive to exceed performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the customer service team.

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Diploma or above in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in customer service preferably in finance or ecommerce.
  • Nativelevel proficiency in Mandarin language (reading and writing required).
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated integrity attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and handle pressure with professionalism and composure.
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts including nights and weekends as needed.
  • Genuine passion for the customer service industry and a positive attitude toward the crypto industry.
  • Personal or professional experience with cryptocurrency is highly desirable.
