Profile Requirements:

  • 2.5 years prior experience in marketing advertising or related fields with a passion for continuous growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics Hootsuite Mailchimp or HubSpot.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles digital marketing strategies and content creation techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills in a fastpaced environment.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude adaptability and creative problemsolving skills.

Core responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning executing and optimizing multichannel marketing campaigns (digital social media email and offline).
  • Coordinate campaign logistics including scheduling content creation asset management and distribution.
  • Create and curate diverse marketing content such as blog posts social media updates emails newsletters and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and strategic opportunities.
  • Support digital marketing efforts by managing social media engagement email campaigns and SEO initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics analyze data and generate reports to drive continuous improvement.

NOTE: This is a permanent remote position structured as an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a biweekly basis.
