Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Architect to join our team on a prestigious mega project in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience a strong command of LOD 400 modeling standards and a proven track record of sitebased BIM coordination and implementation.
- Develop and manage LOD 400 BIM models for architectural works.
- Coordinate architectural BIM models with other disciplines (MEP Structural).
- Work closely with site and technical teams to ensure model accuracy and integration with construction processes.
- Extract and prepare shop drawings schedules and construction details from BIM models.
- Lead clash detection processes using tools like Navisworks or equivalent.
- Provide technical support and onsite adjustments to BIM models as construction progresses.
- Maintain and update models throughout the construction phase in coordination with the site team.
- Ensure compliance with project BIM Plan (BEP) and client standards.
