Job Description

Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy with locations throughout North Carolina. Were passionate about creating meaningful change in the lives of children with autism by delivering evidencebased compassionate care in a supportive environment.

The Opportunity

We re searching for a Bilingual Intake Manager to join our growing team in Durham NC. In this key role you ll be the first point of contact for families seeking our services helping them navigate the intake process with care and clarity. You ll provide support in both English and Spanish ensuring every family feels seen heard and supported from day one.

What You ll Do

  • Serve as a welcoming knowledgeable contact for families seeking services
  • Conduct intake calls and gather essential information about the child and their needs
  • Schedule appointments for evaluations and therapy sessions
  • Bridge communication between families and our clinical team
  • Ensure all client data is entered accurately and updated regularly
  • Track client progress and manage followup appointments
  • Provide support and clarity on the intake process in both English and Spanish
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Offer continued support as families begin their ABA therapy journey

What You Bring

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles (healthcare or behavioral health preferred)
  • Highly organized with excellent timemanagement skills
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced setting
  • Patient empathetic and dedicated to helping families
  • Familiarity with ABA therapy is a plus but not required
