Product Management Product Manager Merchant Onboarding
About the team:
The Merchant Onboarding Product team focuses on onboarding merchants seamlessly to easily adopt various financial services provided by Paytm. Our team builds platforms that enable our service agents to efficiently acquire and service new and existing merchants.
About the role:
Are you someone who loves to build products and also gets curious about technology stack being used We are looking for Product Managers to enable delivery of high quality platform products in a fastpaced challenging and creative environment. You will work with business heads and engineering partners to drive the strategy roadmap of a product area to build high quality products/systems.
Goals you will work on:
- Increase Onboarding Conversion
- Decrease Onboarding TAT
- 100 Compliant Onboardings
Expectations:
- Apply product sense in day to day work (not only in interviews
- Problem Discovery through all possible channels
- Tight with space for creativity
- GTM Strategy and with multiple teams to launch the product
- Post launch monitoring with data team
- Roadmap planning with a clear objective / goal
Superpowers that will help you succeed in this role:
- 2 years of Product Management experience (MBA is not mandatory)
- High Intent and grounded
- Should have worked with cross functional teams (Engineering Marketing Growth Design etc.
- Willingness to experiment and improve continuously
