Our client is a luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Canterbury. Part of an established group of hotels across the UK they are looking for a handson Head Chef to lead the team of their stylish brasseriestyle restaurant.
You will have at least 5 years of experience working in a similar role.

Responsibilities as the Head Chef
- Creating a selection of fresh smallplate dishes using the finest ingredients available
- Showcasing your skills as a strong leader by managing and motivating the kitchen brigade
- Developing your team by sharing your wealth of culinary knowledge and expertise
- Taking charge of kitchen operations to ensure an unforgettable dining experience
- Making the most of the kitchens access to fresh locally sourced ingredients
