Excellence in client handling with good communication skills both verbal and writing skills.
Work experience in SAP S4 HANA and Workday integration knowledge will be an added advantage.

Troubleshoot and resolve HCM problems/ failures and updating ticket logging systems in a timely and accurate manner.
Actively contribute in daily sprint meetings and update ADO in timely and accurate manner.
Provide business application support to customers in line with agreed service levels
Job Description
Must have relevant experience of 35 years as an SAP HCM/HR consultant. Must have executed a minimum of 1 endtoend implementation and have good support project experience in SAP HCM/HR.
Should be well versed with HR Functional Modules PA(Personnel Administration) OM(Organizational Management) PTM(Personnel Time Management like Configuration of Time Schedules absences quota time rules) and Employee Master Data.
Experience in CATS/custom module for time management preferred.
Troubleshoot and resolve HCM problems/failures and update ticket logging systems in a timely and accurate manner.
Should possess strong skills in functional requirement gathering/fitgap analysis master data setup enduser support and documentation.
Provide business application support to customers in line with agreed service levels.
Experience working both independently (individual contributor) and in a collaborative environment too with global teams.
