As a Service Ordering Administrator your primary responsibility will be to proofread all service orders ensuring complete accuracy before submitting orders for parts. Were looking for someone with acute attention to detail that can also meet all deadlines set and is comfortable with working autonomously in a fastpaced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Ordering parts for service/warranty requests from current customers.
Entering data from one software to another updating reports and other tasks pertaining to service requests.
Collecting information and research into service orders making detailed notes on customer accounts throughout the service and providing updates internally as well as externally.
Work closely with the Service and Operations teams to ensure products are ordered correctly and in a timely manner to fulfill service dates and deadlines.
Qualifications:
23 years of data entry inventory or logistics experience preferred.
Comfortable working in an office setting based out of our Farmingdale office.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
Detailoriented mindset with strong organizational skills to navigate a fastpaced environment.
Prior home improvement industry experience is a plus!
