CLC is excited to partner with the Archdiocese of Denver to develop a beautiful senior living at the site of the old Mullen Home. This role will be vital to build and open the community in approximately 2029 in that this professional will be responsible for the presales process.
Pay for this position is $85k plus applicable commission structure.
Position Summary
Responsible for planning directing and evaluating all sales leasing and admission processes related to the Communitys needs. Develops and implements sales strategies to meet defined presales objectives and sales goals. Successfully executes the marketing plan set forth to close out sales for Community. This position may be expected to oversee sales functions such as entry fee sales or provide special expertise. May be responsible for the supervision of direct reports as identified in the Sales structure.
