Job Description

Exclusive Listing: In House Corporate Counsel is needed for a local company who has one of the best work cultures in the city. They are seeking an attorney with at least 7 years of experience in a corporate practice which includes;commercial real estate contracts agreements and various business transactions. You will be responsible for providing guidance to business partners working in collaboration to make strategic business decisions. In addition you will be working with outside counsel provide guidance on risk management both locally and internationally. Must have high academics achievements in law school and worked in a corporate practice at a private law firm.
