Update and enhance Payroll and Timekeeping resources on the TRS Intranet ensuring information is current.
Organize and consolidate employee folders verifying accuracy and maintaining strict confidentiality standards.
Manage the transfer of archived Payroll/HR files to storage ensuring a welldocumented process for easy retrieval.
Assist with storage room reorganization including securely shredding outdated documents and optimizing space.
Standardize labeling systems for cabinets and folders to improve accessibility.
Utilize Excel to update and maintain Managerial Time Balance Sheets ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Audit employee salaries to ensure compliance with union agreements identifying discrepancies as needed.

Qualifications :
As of June of the Program year the prospective intern must be a student matriculated in a college or be a recent college graduate (winter/spring term of the Program year).
NOTE: Appointment to this title is only valid for the duration of the Program June August each year.
