We are looking for a (Senior) Principal Product Manager Global Payments (all genders) to join our Global Payments Product team and deliver bestinclass payment experiences for customers across the world. As a (Senior) Principal Product Manager on our team you will own and drive initiatives that span a worldwide payments organisation align them across our global and regional product teams and benchmark their successful . This role is not directly assigned to a specific product but rather will be the primary owner and crossfunctional driver of the evolution of a product suite serving over 60 countries millions of customers and billions of transactions every year.

Your mission:
You will be a product manager working on strategic and technical topics on a global scale. As a (Senior) Principal Product Manager you will not be assigned to a traditional scrum team but will define align and drive product decisions and projects across worldwide teams operating at global regional and local levels. You will report directly to a senior product leader responsible for the companys global payments products with broad scope and the ability to influence strategy and across the Delivery Hero Fintech organisation.
You will recommend and execute impactful product strategies from ideation to delivery across Delivery Hero markets and will influence organisational goal setting to advance our mission to provide compelling payment experiences.
You will leverage expertlevel skills in global payments product management technical and interpersonal influence to align senior global stakeholders around a common vision and to deliver visible progress toward that vision.
You will own and manage an overview of specific product features across the organisation working with other Product Managers to consolidate lessons drive developments and craft recommendations.
You will be the foremost subject matter expert in payments and payment technology within the Delivery Hero Payments organisation and will be constantly on the lookout for new trends and market insights to move our product and customer experiences forward.
You will facilitate problem solving and knowledge transfer across the entire Delivery Hero Fintech organisation as well as among other stakeholders worldwide.

Project Management: You capably manage multiple highimpact projects align teams and ensure successful within deadlines.
Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify trends customer needs and competition in ondemand delivery.
