Equipment Expertise
Be the goto technical resource for troubleshooting and maintaining automation systems and PLCs in your area.
Diagnose and resolve issues with robotics servos scanners and other advanced systems.
Enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by ensuring maximum equipment availability performance and quality.
Collaborate with Engineering to implement necessary equipment upgrades.
Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives and refine Preventative Maintenance Plans.
Safety Champion
Adhere to all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards.
Employ proper PPE and Lockout Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Foster a culture of safety in every task you undertake.
What Youll Bring to Our Team
Requirements:
Education: Associate degree or higher in Mechatronics Electrical/Electronic Technology Robotics or related field.
Experience: 3 years in automation or electrical systems within highvolume manufacturing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Expertise with PLCs (preferably GE/Emerson) and Fanuc robots.
Solid understanding of control pneumatic hydraulic mechanical and electrical systems.
- Solid understanding how PLCs Robots and other automation equipment work and the ability to set up program and maintain this equipment.
- Proven problemsolving skills with demonstrated ability to analyze automation equipment issues to implement solutions.
- Advanced computer skills high proficiency in Microsoft office products with the ability to grasp new systems quickly.
- Solid verbal/written communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with hourly and salary personnel to meet the needs of operators and the shop.
- High initiative selfstarter proactive dedicated results oriented.
- Eligible to work overtime based on business needs.
