Are you a problemsolving powerhouse with a passion for automation Join our team as a Senior Automation Systems Technician and become the driving force behind cuttingedge automation systems in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Youll work with PLCs robotics vision systems and more to ensure peak performance and efficiency. Opportunities are available across all three shiftsready to make an impactEquipment Expertise
Be the goto technical resource for troubleshooting and maintaining automation systems and PLCs in your area.
Diagnose and resolve issues with robotics servos scanners and other advanced systems.
Enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by ensuring maximum equipment availability performance and quality.
Collaborate with Engineering to implement necessary equipment upgrades.
Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives and refine Preventative Maintenance Plans.
Safety Champion
Adhere to all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards.
Employ proper PPE and Lockout Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Foster a culture of safety in every task you undertake.
Education: Associate degree or higher in Mechatronics Electrical/Electronic Technology Robotics or related field.
Experience: 3 years in automation or electrical systems within highvolume manufacturing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Expertise with PLCs (preferably GE/Emerson) and Fanuc robots.
Solid understanding of control pneumatic hydraulic mechanical and electrical systems.
