Job Description
Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking Laundry Driver for the beautiful new Barton Creek Resort & Spa!

Responsible for insuring a timely and consistent distribution of all clean and soiled linens throughout the property.
Responsibilities
- Pick up soiled linen and deliver clean linen to all food and beverage outlets Spa Fitness Tennis clubhouse and Lakeside.
- Ensure clean linen is delivered to the proper linen closets by item and record deliveries.
- Assist in loading washers and dryers to help in production levels.
- Work chute area when needed.
- Complete preshift and postshift checklists for vehicle.
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Omni standards as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the resort.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper attire/uniform and name tag when working.
- Attend department meetings and other required company trainings.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Previous Laundry experience is preferred.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must possess a valid driver license and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report.
- Must be able to pass a preemployment specimen test.
- Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment performing repetitive work.
- Must be willing to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays. Extra work hours/shifts may be required to ensure that all customer needs are met daily.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to drive stand for long periods of time walk push pull stoop bend and lift items of moderate to heavy weight for an entire shift.
Working Environment:
- Roadway with exposure to a variety of weather conditions.
- Interior and exterior of clubhouse and hotel.
- Interior of laundry room with daily travel around property.
- Exposure to extreme temperatures especially heat.
- Exposure to hazardous chemicals.
Tools & Equipment:
- Delivery truck
- Washing and drying machines
- Ironer towel folder sheet folder
