The Associate Director Field Reimbursement Manager Immunology Rheumatology/Dermatology manages and coaches a regional team of Field Access Specialists who educate HCPs on AbbVie patient experience programs focusing on access and reimbursement support. The primary responsibility is to ensure their team of FAS effectively engages customers to understand key coverage coding payment product acquisition and affordability dynamics for AbbVie products in their local geography. This role will spend most of the time working with the FAS and conducting quarterly field rides to ensure the FAS is compliantly and effectively leveraging the tools and materials provided by AbbVie. In addition this role will help implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure all team members are compliant with AbbVie expectations and ways of working. The Associate Director Field Reimbursement Manager Immunology Rheumatology/Dermatology must effectively and compliantly engage with a team of internal stakeholders including Patient Services Managed Health Care Sales and Access and Reimbursement hub.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
