Career Stream Tasks
Provide input to and lead implementation of Sales / Direct Sales practices through promotion and sale of technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers.
Monitor and revise lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline
Research and evaluate the Sales / Direct Sales policies and deploy plans to ensure product/brand sales volumes and profit targets are met
Prioritize and coordinate
Coordinate key Sales / Direct Sales activities and inform customers of new product/service introductions and prices
Establish and maintain potential relationship with all stakeholders within and outside the organization
Differentiator
Setting goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results resource planning and policy development
Uses acquired expertise to analyze and solve problems that are difficult and complex
Immediate or shortterm impact on operational results of the area

Management Responsability
Supervises and coaches 2 or more professional level employees (typically entry or experienced level) and responsible for their results evaluations and pay actions. May also supervise some para professional employees
Ensure policies practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports customers and stakeholders
Typically does not have full budget accountability but may manage elements of the budget (e.g. overtime for staff
expense monitoring etc.
Stakeholders
Understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns and advise them
Build strong trusting relationships with Galderma managers
Extensive contact with other specialist departments
