Short Description

The Learning Specialists role includes coordinating nursing orientation with the Learning and Development Team. The Learning Specialist is responsible for conducting needs assessments development and delivery of nursing learning programs and services that provide nursing team members with professional growth and the skills to effectively support the medical centers mission vision and strategic initiatives. You will serve as a role model consultant change agent and facilitator in implementing and evaluating educational activities.



Education Requirements

Masters Degree required. Graduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing.

License/Certification Requirements

Current NJRN License (Registered Nurse).
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS CPR (Basic Life Support) Certification required.
