SUMMARY
We are looking for a smart experienced and motivated Associate Account Manager to join our Columbus team.
This is a hybrid workfromhome/office position (inoffice attendance is required on Tuesdays & Thursdays) and the candidate must live near Columbus OH.

WHAT YOULL DO
You will provide daily workflow support to assigned client(s) under the direction of an Account Supervisor or Account Director.
Business Leadership
- Learning and growth across key advertising agency business functions.
- Demonstrate understanding of clients business objectives
- Provide support on efforts to propel the clients business forward such as competitive reviews
- Support annual account planning process for assigned account(s)
- Support the development of client business reviews for assigned account(s)
Financial Management
- Coordinate project estimates with agency producers
- Managegetting client signatures on project estimates
- Track all approved estimates and monthly billing on client Budget Tracker laddering updates to Account Supervisor or Account Director
Relationship Management
- Interact professionally with various levels of Company employees and outside representatives
- Foster positive client relationships to facilitate effective/efficient workflow
- Foster positive agency relationships across disciplines/departments
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external parties to ensure work moves efficiently through the agency
CrossFunctional Scope of Work Facilitation
- Work with Account Lead and Program Management to deliver work on time and on budget
- Provide administrative duties including coordination of client meeting materials and resources
- Provide detailed but concise notetaking for key meetings to be used by Account Lead for internal and external communication (e.g. conference reports recapping key decisions and action items)
- Manage internal Account Management documents (e.g. Client Tracker/Contacts/Birthdays/Anniversaries) and coordination of distributing client gifts
- Provide support in structuring client presentations tracking documents and accounting tracking systems
- Provide secondary support in proofreading critical documentation before client presentations
- Schedule collaborative meetings between internal teams under the direction of Account Supervisor or Account Director
- Coordinate meetings/presentations with clients and agency staff; attend as necessary
- Draft Executional Briefs to be reviewed by Account Supervisor or Account Director to guide the development of campaign assets
- Support sharing of client feedback revisions and approvals through appropriate channels
- Review project deliverables against established brand standards and media specifications for confirmation of deployment
- Under the direction of the Account Supervisor or Account Director make updates to campaign workbooks to deploy paid media campaigns in alignment with established processes
- Assist with various other project coordination tasks as needed
WHAT YOULL BRING
- 02 years equivalent work experience in an Account Coordinator or similar role
- Track record of successfully driving projects forward
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of people
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
- Great attention to detail and active listening skills
- Function well in a fastpaced environment under tight deadlines
- Communicate clearly both in writing and verbally
- Identify problems and contribute to finding solutions

- The overall target range of base compensation for this role is $59500 $69700. Compensation offered will be determined by additional factors such as location and experience
