Job Description
Monday Friday 3:00pm 11:30pmPerform a variety of custodial duties for C&W Services @ Dover School District SAU 11. Such duties shall be in accordance with established standards instructions and procedures of C&W ServicesESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:Remove trash and recycling Vacuum or sweep & mop floors/stairwellsVacuum carpets spot clean carpets when requiredMaintain corridors with daily sweeping autoscrubbing and routine burnishingClean and disinfect drinking fountains sinks and toilets Check and change light bulbs as neededPerform routine dusting of vents lights ledges and sillsAssist with snow removal and sanding near building entrances during winter monthsPerform various tasks during summer cleaning such as furniture washing floor stripping waxing etc. You may be asked to float to another building or area other than assigned due to shortage in manpower or to help with large eventsOther duties as assigned to meet the needs of the site/and or building(s)
