The Companys Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 133980.00 USD 140679.00 USD. Job related skills experience education and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level eligibility and performance a total package may include profit sharing a shortterm incentive and/or longterm incentives. The Associate Brand Manager Scrubbing Bubbles Toilet Portfolio you will be accountable for driving financial results managing portfolio strategy launching new products and leading large crossfunctional teams. The position will report to the Brand Manager Scrubbing Bubbles Portfolio and you will have brand counter parts in innovation and equity. Its an exciting time to join the Scrubbing Bubbles team! We are a bubbly group on a mission to clean up the competition and grow significantly in the coming years.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Portfolio Strategy and Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive portfolio strategies to drive growth and market share.
- Manage assortment and determine cadence of innovations renovations and exits.
- Commercialize new products and prepare selling materials.
- Lead a crossfunctional team supporting the business through RD&E CIBA Finance Supply Chain Omni Demand Planning and Equity.
Budget Management:
- Develop a strong understanding of the P&L and levers to meet financial objectives.
Forecasting & Share Analysis:
- Analyze monthly Nielsen consumption data to make intime recommendations to the Scrubbing Bubbles toilet sales forecast and identify opportunities and risks
- Review inputs within New Products launches Pricing Distribution Marketing Innovation and Competition to inform business performance and predict market share
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOULL BRING
- Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience OR advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant business experience
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
- Proven project leadership capability and passion to grow within brand management roles
- Analytic capabilities (data mining insight generation communicating findings and recommendations verbally and visually)
- Understanding of the fundamentals around managing the business P&L
- Ability to build strong working relationships and lead a crossfunctional team
- Works with a sense of urgency and delivers winning results individually and through others
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Role is based in the West Loop Chicago Office
- Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees.
