Our opportunity:
Join us as a driving force behind the future of customer support. Were looking for an innovative strategic leader to own and evolve our Support Agentic Solutionan integral part of our Help Center experience. As a pioneer in Agentic Process Automation (APA) were redefining how support is delivered through intelligent AIpowered systems. In this role youll lead the design and implementation of cuttingedge solutions that empower customers to seamlessly selfserve get help faster and connect with support when it matters most. Youll shape and execute a bold roadmap harnessing Generative AI (GenAI) technologies to transform every layer of the support journeyfrom personalized chat experiences to intelligent automation that anticipates customer needs.

The base salary range for this position in California New York and Washington is $160000 $175000 and outside of those locations is $150000 $165000 a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education industry experience training knowledge skills abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
