About the Design & Technology Teacher Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Design & Technology Teacher to join our dedicated Design & Technology department. The successful Design & Technology Teacher will have the opportunity to teach Design & Technology across Key Stages 3 and 4 inspiring students with engaging lessons and handson projects.
What youll do as a Design & Technology Teacher:
- Deliver engaging and innovative Design & Technology lessons that cater to a range of learning styles.
- Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment where students can explore their creativity and develop their passion for Design & Technology.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their full potential in Design & Technology.
- Contribute to the development of the Design & Technology curriculum and departmental resources.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and ensure the highest standards of Design & Technology teaching.
What youll need to be a successful Design & Technology Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Design & Technology or a related field.
- Experience teaching Design & Technology at the secondary level.
- A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Design & Technology.
- Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring students in Design & Technology.
